Applicant privacy notice

My Intermodal, LLC (“My Intermodal,” “we,” “us”) of 1000 Trident St., Hanahan, SC 29410 operates the driver employment application on myintllc.com and related company systems. This notice describes how we handle personal information submitted through that application, including saved drafts. It is not legal advice. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) disclosure, FMCSA PSP authorization, Clearinghouse consent, CDLIS consent, and DOT drug and alcohol authorizations on the application are separate required notices and remain in force.

What we collect

We collect information you enter on the application, such as:

• Identifiers and contact information (name, date of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, email)
• Driver’s license and CDL information and three-year license history
• Employment history, education, and driver-type preferences (local, regional, over-the-road)
• Accident, traffic conviction, and license denial or suspension information
• Answers to felony, leaving-the-scene, DUI/drug, and DOT drug/alcohol testing questions
• Typed name as signature, dates, and your acknowledgments and authorizations

Social Security number is not stored on the website. We do not save SSN in the application record, drafts, or email. If a Social Security number is collected later for hiring or a McLeod TMS create, it is used only for that purpose and is not kept in website storage.

Saved drafts

If you choose Save and return later, we store your incomplete application and give you a private return link. Treat that link as secret. Anyone with the link can open the draft until you submit. We do not email the link while applicant email from this form is turned off. After you submit, the link cannot be used to change the application.

How we use information

We use application information only to consider you for employment as a commercial driver and to meet recruiting, safety, and Department of Transportation recordkeeping duties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share application information only as needed with:

• HireRight, for employment background / consumer reports, as authorized on the application
• FMCSA systems, including PSP, the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, and CDLIS, as authorized
• Previous DOT-regulated employers, for safety performance and drug/alcohol history (49 CFR 391.23 / Part 40)
• McLeod LoadMaster TMS, when that create function is enabled by the company
• Recruiting, safety, and IT personnel who need the information to process the application

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the company or others.

Cookies and logs

This application form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A hidden field is used only to block automated spam. Our web servers may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access in ordinary server logs.

Retention

Submitted applications are kept for hiring decisions and DOT recordkeeping. Drafts are kept until you submit or until we remove them after a request or a reasonable retention period.

State privacy notices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to limit use of sensitive information, subject to employment and legal exceptions. Categories we collect in connection with this application include identifiers, professional and employment information, education information, and driving and screening history as described above. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, use the contact below. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. These website practices do not replace the FCRA, PSP, Clearinghouse, CDLIS, or DOT authorizations on the application.
